I have been thrilled to share my first album "Beauty Inside Us" ( available on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon Music and most other streaming services where you download your favorite music. YAY! ) From producer Nick Vandenberg and myself I hope that you enjoy these 14 original tunes.

Most of my friends and colleagues know that I've spent my life in community building and fighting for justice and equity in my own community and cities across the country. But in the midst of a pandemic and as our country roils around issues of racism and deep disparities in wealth and opportunity...I wanted to offer something a little different with this record; some simple and plain songs about what happens when, in the course of life, we try to find love, be good humans, take care of each other, to find ways to be useful and known and understood and all the messing up that happens as we stumble along. It feels important right now that we all try to lead with love and acceptance when it comes to others, and with vulnerability and courage when it comes to ourselves. Stay in the game. Lead with love.
